Class Descriptions
Mini Ballet
Dancers will be provided with a strong foundation of creative movement and basic dance skills including locomotor skills, musical rhythm, directions, beat and time, and spatial awareness. We will explore imagination and and creative expression while also having fun! Dancers will learn a routine for the recital in May. This class is offered to ages 2-6.
Dress Code:
Pink No Tie Ballet Shoes
Any Color leotard or leotard dress 
(Optional) shorts
(Required) Tights


Mini Jazz
This upbeat, high energy class will focus on basic jazz skills including leaps, turns, kicks and jumps. Dancers will learn popular rhythm technique, creative movement, and fun expression. Dance combinations are performed to fun, popular music. This class is offered to ages 2-6. Dancers will learn a routine for the recital in May. 
Dress Code: 

Black Jazz Shoes
Any color leotard

Junior Lyrical 
This style of dance and slow and graceful. Dancers will learn basic ballet techniques and a dance that allows dancers to use self expression and emotion through dance. Dancers will perform a routine at the recital in May. Class offered to ages 6-11.

Junior Hip Hop
Hip Hop is a fun, upbeat type of dance that includes free style and self expression. Hip hop is similar to jazz but hip hop includes popping, locking, and breaking. Dancers will learn a routine for the recital in May. This class is offered to ages 6-11. Offered to boys and girls!

Intro to Tumbling

This class will introduce basic skills to our dancers including summersaults, back rolls, bridges, handstands, and cartwheels. Dancers will learn the skills they need to become a stronger tumbler. Dancers will learn a routine for the recital in May.

Tumbling 1

Tumbling 1 builds off of the intro to tumbling class. Dancers are required to have mastered a summersault, back roll, bridge, cartwheel and handstand in order to move on to Tumbling 1. In this class, dancers will start to learn headstands, front limber, backbends, backbend stand ups, front walkovers, and back walkovers. This upbeat, high energy class will focus on basic jazz skills including leaps, turns, kicks and jumps. Dancers will learn popular rhythm technique and fun expression. Dance combinations are performed to fun, popular music. This class is offered to ages 6-11. Dancers will learn a routine for the recital in May.

Barre feet - no shoes

Tumbling 2

Tumbling 2 builds off of the tumbling 1 class. Dancers are required to have mastered a summersault, back roll, bridge, cartwheel, handstand, headstands, front limber, backbends, backbend stand ups, front walkovers, and back walkovers in order to move on to Tumbling 2. In this class, dancers will start to learn tumbling combinations, aerials, handsprings, and tucks. Dancers will learn a routine for the recital in May.
